Ever think about what the healthiest and fittest vegetable is? It's not green, and it doesn't grow above you. It is the humble sweet potato.

This is good for the body a sudden spike in your blood glucose levels can also cause a sudden fall in the glucose level. This is known as hypoglycemia, which isn't good for the body. Signals of hypoglycemia may include weakness, lightheadedness, hunger, and when it becomes worse, you can faint. Hypoglycemia is fatal for the brain because the brain’s first energy source is glucose.
