Bikram Choudry, a yogic from India created Bikram yoga which makes it a classic yoga and consists of 2 breathing exercises and 26 yoga poses. Bikram is not just a yoga champion but a weight lifter as well. You do your exercises in a heated room which is 105 degrees. It’s unique compared to other yoga routines ‘coz it’s also called as the “hot yoga”.It’s a very powerful form of yoga. And if you want to try it, you should make sure that the exercises should not vary from one studio to another since the Bikram instructor should be certified.
