The Alligator Pear is one of the most common and most used tropical fruits for health and beauty. Most people know it as an Avocado. The vitamins, nutrients, and minerals that are found in this fruit give the body a tremendous benefit when eaten or used as a cream, lotion, or ointment.

There are elements in tropical fruits that are not found in many other fruits. Most of the tropical fruits provide moisturizing and hydration to the skin. In addition, they contain high quantities of vitamins and minerals that the skin and body needs.
When an individual is in search of a natural facial cream, hydration kit, or moisturizing lotion, it is often more cost effective to use an Avocado that will provide the needed vitamins and minerals to the skin as well as the moisturizing that one seeks. When used as a facial mask, an Avocado will moisturize the face and leave it feeling fresh and smooth.
Another fruit that is excellent for oily skin types is Pineapple. This fruit contains bromeliad which provide the exfoliate qualities that many people with oily skin need. Pineapple moisturizes and tightens the skin while removing oil, dead skin, and dirt from the face. When mixed with olive oil and honey and used as a mask one will notice that their face will become clearer, tighter, and retain moisture without clogging the pores.
