The Honest Truth Regarding Vitamin D

There are two kinds of vitamin D that the human body can synthesize and use.

They revealed that seniors who had the highest levels of Vitamin D did the best on tests that measured executive function—-that’s the power to think, reason and make choices.

Another study out of Amsterdam, Holland focused on seniors over 65. Analysts revealed that about half of the study participants were Vitamin D deficient and that 37 p.c of them had the prediabetic condition known as metabolic syndrome. A closer look at the discoveries revealed that those with a D deficiency were more certain to have the syndrome than those without a deficiency.

The Archives of Internal Medicine revealed the strong connection between Vitamin D3 and heart health. An 18-year study performed at the Harvard College of Medication surveyed over 14,000 men and revealed the healthy relationship between proper prostate health and Vitamin D3 levels. Vitamin D3 is brim-full of strong anti-aging weapons.
