What if you absolutely will die without having junk food? I’m not saying you deprive yourself of them completely, but you must strictly control you consumption of them. You can also have desserts but always keep in mind to restrict you desert portions and ensure that the main meal is not laden with calories, this will involve avoiding deep fried foods and cheeses. It will also help to simply keep temptations away! Who can resist a bag of cookies or a tub of ice cream seating in your freezer screaming ‘ Eat me!’.
